Northern Warrior's defender, Mohd Taufikh Abdullah (pic) made UUM proud when he was selected to the final list of the MASUM's soccer team preparing for the SIPMA Games 2009 this August. The training camp which is based in University Putra Malaysia (UPM) is currently undergoing its second phase of the centralized training under the supervision of International Islamic University of Malaysia's (IIUM) coaching staffs. Mohd Taufikh Abdullah was nominated together with goalkeeper Mohd Razi Azami to the selection committee but made through after Mohd Razi's nomimation was rejected due to the age limit.Standing at 179cm, Mohd Taufikh has the potential to further improve and progress his abilities in defense. The coaching staffs and members of the team are very proud and happy for him and wish him the very best of luck in the training camp and hope that he will be able to make it into the final team.
